Ramblin’ Rose Up-cycled Boutique will be re-opening in the late summer months of 2011 as an expanded version of their store that grew from the back of the Crislip Arcade, Central Ave. The new 600 block storefront will be the home to more men and women’s clothing and accessories circa 1940-70s (original and reconstructed designs), household items and gifts, cards, jewelry, ephemera and records. New sections of the store will include vintage fabric, household + furniture, lingerie, and an herbal apothecary with essential oils.
Ramblin’ Rose will also be transformed into a creative event space. Gallery space will feature local and traveling artists with continual and evolving installations. There will be weekly events in the interest of art, music, fashion and film as well as skill share classes and workshops.
The store is also focused on community based projects and providing resources, materials and space to strengthen our downtown community.
